Manages front and promotion counter operation. Manage customer services and expectation in all related matters, especially pertaining to Membership. Managing all inquiries from customers either Members or Non Members. Provide adequate services to all Members from RWM and affiliated partners. Assist other departments pertaining to any Membership related matters to the members.
Responsible in providing exceptional service to all the guest, residents, and tenants at all times and fully knowledgeable to answer questions about the property product and related services (e.g. Engineering and Housekeeping). Carry out general administrative and marketing support; and other security functions directed by the management.
Responsible for handling over-the-counter transactions such as processing of deposits, withdrawals, miscellaneous receipts and disbursements. Delivers excellent service to customers with the objective of customers’ engagement and the attainment of excellent customer service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
