Hello I’m Sam! That's my nickname, 23 years old. I completed Senior High School in 2019. I have almost 4 years of experience working as a customer service representative. While working at Alorica as a technical support representative, I developed technical skills primarily focused on fixing mobile device connectivity issues. In my current job, I've learned to troubleshoot minor application issues. And I believe these skills can be a great asset in helping me establish my goals.

The Technical Support Representatives are experts in troubleshooting internet connection and resolving mild phone issues that can be related to the service.
Service crew serves food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Take orders and process payments using the point of sale system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment. Stock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed.
