Greetings! I’m Wilma Nagera, and I’m excited to be your "Dynamic Virtual Partner". I proudly hold the Associate Degree course in Computer System Design and Programming at AMA Computer Learning Center of Paranaque. Life as the head of my household and a devoted solo mom to a fantastic 17-year-old boy keeps me on my toes, but I find a lot of excitement in learning new things. I'm all about embracing fresh opportunities and taking on challenges—no fear, just a whole lot of determination to reach my goals. 🌟🌟🌟
With an impressive 12 years in the BPO industry, I've practically mastered the art of being a Data Entry Specialist. I've rocked Mortgage Accounts (US-based) and Microsoft Accounts (UK-Dublin based, covering both US and Asia). My skill set covers everything from Order Processing to Data Entry, Email and Chat Support, and even Verification and Validation Processes. If it's on MS Office or Google platforms I've got it down, and I'm no stranger to the creative tools like Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. Also, familiar to some ideas about SEO strategies, Email Management and Data Scraping 😍🥰😊
