The first picture is a sample of the information that we’ve encoded from one of the Barangay in one of the Municipality of the Province of Bataan. This is for Community Based Monitoring System used to gather and verify data provided by each Local Government Unit of the Province.  I used Google Spreadsheets to encode and to easily share the file with.

 The second picture is a sample of a Tracker we use to monitor monthly submission from every Municipality to our Provincial Office, the total number of documents to be encoded within a month and the date of submission of encoded data file and the actual documents to the Main Office of the Philippine Statistics Authority. We used MS Excel for this one. 

The third picture shows the sample of gathered data with Customer that has an Outstanding Mortgage. I used Google Spreadsheet for client’s easier access.

These 4th set of pictures are the sample of what I encode using Google Spreadsheet. The information listed in Google Spreadsheet are the information came from the record from different hospitals here in our province. They provide us the information of the persons died, including their Cause of Death.
