I am a dedicated Medical Social Worker currently serving at a Provincial Hospital in my hometown. In my role, I specialize in assisting patients and families by providing compassionate support, addressing healthcare-related concerns, and ensuring seamless access to medical and social services.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work, majoring in Advanced Social Work Practice - Clinical Setting, at the University of Mindanao. This advanced training further deepens my expertise in clinical social work, enabling me to deliver more specialized care and support in healthcare settings.
As I transition into becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant, I aim to leverage my experience in healthcare, social work, and clinical practice to support medical professionals remotely. My skills include appointment scheduling, data management, medical billing, and patient communication, all essential for ensuring efficient healthcare operations.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mindanao (2018–2022), where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. This academic achievement reflects my dedication to excellence and commitment to serving others. - Provide Supportive Counseling: Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families coping with illness, injury, or medical conditions.

- Coordinate Services: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care, including arranging home care, medical transportation, or support services.
- Provide Crisis Intervention: Help patients and families deal with crises, such as medical emergencies, end-of-life decisions, or sudden diagnoses.
