● Welcoming, greeting and attending to patients in person and over the phone.
● Assist doctors, nurses, staffs, visitors and patients.
● Scheduling, confirming and arranging appointments between doctors/nurses and patients.
● Handling queries and complaints via phone and general correspondence.
● Greet customers and assist them with inquiries.
● Explain product features, benefits and pricing.
● Demonstrate products as needed.
● Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
● Process sales transactions and paperwork.
● Attend to passenger's questions and inquiries.
● Coordinate with airlines, stake holders and others concerned to extend assistance, to obtain transit visas, to solve customer's problems if any and to respond to passenger's need when emergency cases rise.
● Crowd control and queue management.

● Check in counter - Greet airline customers in a polite and courteous manner, issue boarding pass and bag tags, assign seats, verify travel documents, give special assistance, provide flight information, asks security questions.
● Boarding gates - Monitor domestic and international flights, boarding announcements, tick and tear boarding passes, deplaning and dispatching flights on time.
Manage patient's records, appointment scheduling and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Handle customer inquiries, resolving complaints, process orders and providing information about products and services.
Setting content strategy and driving engagement on a company's social platforms.
