My work experience has prepared me to apply my abilities and knowledge in this situation.
Being in the hotel and resort industry as a recent tourism graduate has been one of the nicest experiences I've had. You have a lot of daily responsibilities and must provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you must be adaptable and multitask. This taught me a lot, I'll tell you. I am able to deal with customers in a humble manner and understand how to communicate with them. I gained knowledge about office tasks like data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and managing social media. Booking staff in a Resort and Travel & Tours taught me how to make online reservations, engage with clients, and take calls as well.
I have also had expertise managing and inventorying stocks as a stock in charge.
I have my own company, Metal Works, and I'm also a businesswoman. I learned how to run our company step by step by setting up social media profiles and managing them, along with our marketing plans and financials.
I am confident that my experience has given me the opportunity to contribute ideas, expertise, and information to assist grow your business. I can work hustlingly and am a cheerleader who is detail-oriented and adaptable in every way. I have goals I want to achieve, and I work with both my heart and my mind.
