*Responsibilities of a CEA include understanding customer needs, improving customer journeys, and ensuring consistent brand experiences.
*Provide assistance and respond to clients inquiries through phone and email.
*Help clients troubleshoot technical issues and provide product implementation help.
*A a Customer experience Agent also handles concerns, complaints, or other issues.
* Answer incoming calls/Emails and redirect them or keep messages.
* Answering questions and complaints of clients.
*Create and submit proposals
*Do Reservations, bookings, cancelation, refunds
*Keep updated and record files
*Assist clients upon boarding and departing the boat.
*Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, bank payments, schedules etc.)
* Greet clients and welcome clients
* Answering questions and complaints.

*Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
*Preparing questionnaires and manuals for PSA"S (Passenger Service Assistant), CSA's (Cargo Service Agent) and RSA's (Ramp Service Agent) aspirants or expired training course of personnel under MacroAsia.
* Keep updated records and files
*Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, bank payments, schedules etc.)
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
