I am the youngest in my family, I recently got married in June 2023, and I am now a proud mother of a baby boy. I began my career in 2015 and have accumulated over 8 years of valuable experience in the shipping industry, where I have handled multitasking roles, including accounting, HR Assistant duties, Crewing Assistant duties, and serving as a personal assistant to our president. This has been my first and only job throughout my career. Starting as an accounting staff, I have now advanced to the position of an Executive Assistant.
My aspiration to become a freelancer led me to attend various trainings. While I may be new to the world of freelancing, I am eager to learn and continuously enhance my skills. I firmly believe that my diverse skills, extensive experience, and the knowledge gained from these trainings make me a highly suitable candidate for the job.

• Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying staffing receptionists desks
• Assist with preparation for trials and hearings
• Answering client phone calls and emails
• Assist in bank transactions
• Assist all accounting works inside the firm
• Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Assisting with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Making contracts, letters, and business proposals
• Monitoring all vessels operations and reports
• Oversee office supplies, furniture’s and equipment’s
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Such other functions as assigned by the President
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Assist in making payroll
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in hiring applicants
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Making and Monitoring Sea Service Certificate of all crew
• Assist in making Memo and Minutes of meeting
• Assist in HMO renewal, Personal Accident Insurance and Vessel Insurances
