â– Incharge with the Internal and External Corporate Compliance
■Drafting and review of legal documents, secretary’s certificate, board resolution, letters and
correspondences, agreements and other legal documents
â– Liaise with SEC, BPLO, BFP, DOLE, OBO, IPO, BFP, government offices, clients, third parties and other legal entities relative to filings, submissions, appearances, and preparation of other relevant documents and information
