* Arranges and maintains the appointment calendar of CEO.
* Answer correspondence as directed by the manager.
* Handles all corresponding duties including but not limited to taking notes, preparing drafts, typing memos and letters, following up administrative issues internally with other departments.
* Maintain appointment calendar, schedule appointments, conferences and meetings.
* Maintain the general filling system of correspondences, incoming and outgoing emails and fax messages.
* In charge of the booking schedule of the meeting room use and hotel accommodation for employees and guests.
* Handles the schedule and deployment of the drivers.
* Providing reception duties on behalf of the team, which involved providing face-to-face contact for visitors in a responsive and courteous manner.
* Receives and relay messages from telephone/email as appropriate, taking clear messages and passing these promptly to the appropriate member of the team using judgment of urgency.
* Responding to queries promptly and in a friendly manner.
* Requisition supplies and materials for office and office copy equipment.
* Maintain confidential information of office related information.
