Monitoring, inspection, validation, and technical assistance in the compliance of R. A.
9003 otherwise known as "The Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000" and
other environmental laws mandated in the EMB 5 within the jurisdiction of the Local
Government Units (LGUs) in the Province of Albay.
• Creation of reports and database lining to state and update the findings observed and
provide concise recommendations for the improvement of the implementation of the
program.
• Endorsement of Notice of Violation and assistance in the summon for Technical
Conference with the non-complying and violating Establishments and LGUs to
fine and penalize the Officer-in-Charge for immediate regulation of the
prohibit acts thereby committed.
• Assistance in the creation of the Ten-Year Solid Waste Management Plan (TYSWMP)
and Waste Analysis and Characterization Study (WACS) of the LGUs in the
Congressional Districts in the Province of Albay.

Assisted in creating and formatting program resources (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and converted documents to editable PDFs for ease of use. Coordinate with suppliers for quotes and printing of physical resources and workbooks.
• Set up and monitored program surveys on platforms like SurveyMonkey, tracking completion and providing updates. Collated survey data and assisted in generating reports with key insights from survey results.
• Tracked participant attendance and activity progress, sent reminders for pre-work completion, and provided support with meeting rescheduling and follow-up.
• Managed the purchase, monitoring, and tracking of assessment diagnostics, supporting assessment completion and sending reminders as needed. Provided program teams with updates on assessment statuses, addressed inquiries, and generated reports for self-assessments and 360 diagnostics.
