-1st Line of defense – Take ownership on risk management and follow the appropriate procedures to assess and mitigate financial risk and non-financial risk while operating simple standardized business processes, in order to protect the organization from undue risks.

- Fraud Management
- Responsible for directing and supervising the operational activities of the branch to attain its objectives and targets on a daily basis.
- Ensures that compliance of KYC (Know-your-customer) requirements is in place prior to the account opening/updating. Reviews and approves account opening and updating of customer records simultaneously.
- Responsible for ensuring that the branch passes the AMLA, Business Process and guarantees strict adherence to established Bank regulatory requirements and updates as well as prescribed BSP regulations including but not limited to Client Risk Assessment, screening/assessing of Inward and outward remittance transactions and reporting.
