(Receptionist,Cashier,Waitress)

*Receptionist*:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Schedule reservations and manage the reservation system
- Provide information about the restaurant's menu, hours, policies, etc.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and concerns
- Perform light clerical duties such as filing, data entry, inventory, etc.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
*Cashier*:
- Process customer payments for food and drink orders
- Operate the cash register and credit/debit card terminals
- Handle cash, make change, and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
- Provide customers with receipts and take-out bags as needed
- Answer basic questions about menu items, pricing, and restaurant policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist waitstaff and hostess staff as needed
*Waitress*:
- Greet customers, present menus, and take food and drink orders
- Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
- Recommend menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash and credit card payments for orders
- Bus tables, refill condiments, and perform light cleaning duties
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality at all times
The receptionist, cashier, and waitress roles all require strong customer service skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The waitress position in
particular also requires physical stamina, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of food and
beverages.
