Hi, I’m Krissa Martinez, but you can call me Cha Martinez. I currently reside in Cavite, a province in the Philippines. I got married a year ago and am currently enjoying married life with my husband.
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I spent over six years in the hospitality industry, working in 5-star hotels in Manila as part of the front office team, and later being promoted to Duty Manager, a role I held for two years. These years gave me hands-on experience in customer service, team leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
After getting married, I decided to shift my career toward remote work to have more flexibility and balance in life. I enrolled in Virtual Assistant training, and not long after, I was hired as a Social Media Manager for a newly established business based in Manila. The business owner, who is based in Florida, needed someone who could support her in growing her brand, managing content, and helping attract more clients online.
My background in customer service has been instrumental in my success as both a Social Media Manager and a Virtual Assistant. I’ve developed strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to stay organized under pressure—skills that help me engage effectively with clients, handle various tasks, and deliver results. Whether it’s creating social media strategies, responding to inquiries, or supporting business operations, I bring a customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence in everything I do.
