As an Amazon VA, I was responsible for managing and organizing business emails to ensure smooth communication and timely responses. My task included:
- Filtering and categorizing incoming emails like customer inquiries, supplier communication, and Amazon notifications.
- Prioritizing urgent messages and flagging important emails for follow-up.
- Archiving or labeling non-urgent emails for better organization.
- Maintaining an organized inbox to improve workflow and efficiency.
