Hello! I'm Joy, delighted to meet you. I'm 30 years old and currently based in Valenzuela, Philippines. My educational background includes graduating with a degree in International Travel and Tourism Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
In terms of my professional journey, I've gained diverse experience across several roles. I started my career as a Travel Consultant, assisting clients with their travel plans and ensuring memorable experiences. Transitioning into customer service, I've worked as both a Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support Representative, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills.
My career then led me into the realm of quality assurance, where I served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. This role allowed me to combine my attention to detail with a focus on ensuring high standards in service delivery. I now work as an Executive Assistant.
I believe in continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally, and I'm always eager to contribute positively to any team or project I'm involved in.
