Writing an email starts with a clear subject line so the reader immediately knows what it’s about. Then begin with a polite greeting and if needed a brief introduction of yourself. In the first sentence or two, state clearly why you are writing (the purpose). The body should be short and focused: include only the most important information, avoid unnecessary details, and organize it so it’s easy to read. At the end, include a polite closing with a call to action (if needed) for example, a question, request, or next step — then sign off with your name (and contact info if relevant). Finally, proofread the whole email to avoid mistakes and make sure it reads clearly and professionally.
