I created a dashboard to monitor the client's KPI on a monthly basis using PowerBi.  With the help of this one pager, he knows if they are hitting the target or not. If not, they can assess the situation and propose a new ways of working to reach their expected goal.

My client preferred  to use an excel spreadsheet so she requested if I can create a file where she can fill out the information and with a clickable button that will automatically send an email to her intended recipients without opening any application aside from this excel file and I did. She is very happy with the outcome.

I have collated a list of potential prospect using my client's system, making sure email addresses and phone numbers are included. This is crucial for my client's business.
