· Process new policy applications, renewals, and endorsements for motor vehicle insurance.
· Manage the claims process for motor vehicle-related incidents, including gathering documentation, coordinating with adjusters, and ensuring timely payouts.
· Provide guidance and support to clients on policy terms, exclusions, and claims procedures.
· Evaluate client property and assets to determine appropriate fire insurance coverage.
· Prepare fire insurance policy documents, including policy terms, premiums, and coverage limits.
· Assist clients with the claims process in the event of a fire-related incident, including coordinating with loss adjusters and ensuring timely settlement.
· Analyze client needs and recommend suitable personal accident insurance policies, including coverage for accidental death, disability, and medical expenses.
· Process new applications, renewals, and policy amendments for personal accident insurance.
· Manage the claims process for personal accident incidents, including gathering required documentation and facilitating claim settlements.
· Educate clients on the benefits and exclusions of personal accident insurance policies.

· Manage the receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming stock, materials, and supplies.
· Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
· Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory management, receiving, and storage.
· Provide timely and accurate reports on inventory status and stock levels

Receive, sort, and organize customer baggage, packages, and other items brought into the mall for safekeeping or storage.
· Maintain a secure and organized storage area for customer belongings.
· Retrieve and return customer items upon request, ensuring items are matched to the correct customer.
· Adhere to all mall policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
· Provide excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all mall visitors.
· Maintain detailed records and logs of all items received, stored, and returned.
