In today's customer service oriented society, timely, friendly, proactive service is sought to enhance future business growth. Customer loyalty is always impacted when you employ the right service professional to represent you when assisting your valued customers.

My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.

Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. I am an excellent trainer who achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, maintaining teams' self-confidence, and training them to build the sale by improving their people skills.

Being a customer service representative has given me greater confidence, and on top of that, using my knowledge and talents to start my own small business has been very beneficial and is sufficient for it to succeed.

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to inbound freight shipments. Provide information about shipment status, estimated delivery times, and any potential delays. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

o Coordinate the inbound freight shipment process, including scheduling arrivals, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

o Utilize tracking systems to monitor the movement of inbound freight shipments. Keep customers informed about the real-time status of their orders and address any concerns or issues that may arise during transit.

o Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inbound shipments, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies. Collaborate with relevant departments to find timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.

o Provide customers with information and guidance on best practices for preparing and receiving inbound shipments. Offer advice on packaging, labeling, rate quotes , and other factors that contribute to a smooth delivery process.

o We can also assist customers in checking their rate quotes from and to canvass since we also assist all TPC as well.

COLLECTION DEPARTMENT

o Place outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to discuss their outstanding balances. Employ effective communication and negotiation skills to secure payment commitments.

o Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers based on their financial situations. Strive to find mutually beneficial solutions that align with company policies.

o Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring firmness in collecting payments. Address customer concerns, provide clarity on outstanding balances, and offer assistance in resolving payment issues.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any agreements reached. Ensure that documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

o Work closely with the finance department to reconcile payments received and update customer accounts accordingly. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payment records.

o Identify accounts that require escalation to higher management or legal departments due to persistent non-payment. Follow established procedures for escalating delinquent accounts.

o Manage the renewal process for subscription-based services. Identify upcoming renewals, send renewal notices to customers, and ensure timely payments. Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to renewal terms and pricing.

o A customer claims they are entitled to a special discount that wasn't applied to their recent invoice. Investigate the situation, verify the eligibility for the discount, and apply it to the invoice accordingly. Communicate the resolution to the customer.
