Follow up on purchase orders by contacting the supplier for order updates such as estimated ship dates.
Ensures timely delivery and receipt of goods in the system.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Purchasing Specialists, and/or Warehouse/Logistics dept. for backorders or any order issues.
