-Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
-Data Entry and Record-Keeping
-Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, or other office software accurately and efficiently.
-Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
-Lead and supervise a team of household assessors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality assessments.
-Plan and manage assessment schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of assessments.
-Ensure that all household assessments are conducted accurately, following established guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assessments, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
