I'm Cherry Mae Malazarte, an electronics engineer hailing from Davao City, Philippines, and I'm 34 years young. With over 11 years of experience in the field, I bring a dynamic, proactive, and flexible approach to every task I undertake. I'm deeply committed to achieving excellence in all endeavors I take on.
My journey in the professional world has seen me managing teams and subcontractors, serving as a key player in my previous two companies. In these roles, I've worn many hats – from monitoring and managing finances to negotiating contracts. One of my proudest achievements was spearheading the first FTTH fiberization project in Mindanao, where I handled everything from design and site surveys to documentation and acceptance.
My experience has allowed me to interact with individuals at all levels, from field technicians and construction teams to higher-level management and clients. I've collaborated with various organizations to ensure the implementation of safety protocols, maintain a conducive working environment, and deliver projects on time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools, particularly AutoCAD 2D and Google Earth, I possess a strong desire to continually learn, grow, and improve.
