As Niquey the Genie, I had the opportunity to handle customer service duties involving optical eye-related medical issues. I now know how to attend to the needs of customers by listening to their complaints, offering a solution, expressing regret for the inconvenience, and thanking them for their patience. Keeping and maintaining our clients' records for future use is our obligation. Additionally, it is our responsibility to help them schedule their appointment based on their availability.
