c. Information Data for Seafarer’s Data
• Processes the seafarer’s employment contracts, through in-house processing and e-submit.
• Accomplishes document requirements for each seafarer as indicated in the Seafarer’s Engagement Checklist.
• Overseas and ensures that seafarers 201 files are correct and up-to-date
• Assist his/her respective Asst. Manager in the arrangement of travel documents, crew dispatch and other administrative preparations not mentioned above, for the seafarers of assigned vessels.
• Processes visa for assigned principal
• Updates information sheet of seafarers in the form specified by the Principal.
