Entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, and supporting cataloger salesprimarily in charge of receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Upon receiving orders, we order takers are responsible for entering customer information into databases such as names, billing details, address, and item specifications.
My role and responsibilities include.
Lead generation, nurturing leads and develops different outreach campaigns.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining compliance with local and state regulations.
