I have 4 years of experience in BPO industry and 6 Months of experience as Sales Representative. and during that time, I've really honed my skills in communication and problem-solving. I take pride in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met. I’m passionate about providing
exceptional service and find it rewarding to resolve issues and create positive experiences.
In addition to my customer service experience, I've spent 6 months as a Sales Representative. This role has allowed me to tap into my persuasive communication skills and really understand what drives customer decisions. I enjoy the challenge of identifying needs and presenting solutions that genuinely benefit the customer.

As a Shopify Support Advisor, I provide expert assistance to merchants, helping them navigate Shopify’s platform to effectively manage and grow their online businesses. My role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through store setup and customization, and offering best practices for optimizing their e-commerce experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting merchants via live chat, email, and phone support.
Diagnosing and resolving technical and account-related concerns.
Providing guidance on store design, product management, payments, and shipping.
Educating users on Shopify features, apps, and integrations.
Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
With my expertise in Shopify’s ecosystem, I am committed to delivering top-tier support, enabling businesses to succeed in the competitive world of e-commerce.
Assisting customers about their orders, I explain them about what kind of
product did they order and inform them about the TAT of when it will be delivered to their
address and Since I’ve work as a non-voice back office support in the same company my job
there is like Shopify because we’re doing address verification on the account of the customer if
they have a bad address or insufficient address and we’re the one will fix their address to be
able to ship the product of what they ordered. One of our way of verifying the customer address
is that we will contact them by phone or we will send them an email about the insufficient
address that they have.
