I worked in the Airline Industry for seven years and I can say that I've learned so many things especially when it comes to customer service and communication with different people.
I also worked at my family's small business as the Social Media Manager on our Facebook page, learned how to be creative and to think outside the box. I gained knowledge in creating posts using Canva and also learned how to do paid and organic advertisements.
I worked as an Airbnb Virtual Assistant too, I managed six listings and maintained great reviews and ratings. I ensured that guests will get the best service every accommodations should provide.
What I do on my free time is I self study, attend paid trainings and watch educational videos to improve myself because I believe that being a Virtual Assistant is a never-ending learning profession. We need to keep on updating our knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Customer Service skills for us to be more competent in this field.
