I am Arianne Tolentino, a 21 years old. As someone who is passionate about SMM, I worked for a small business owner that made me an Affiliate marketer, TikTok manager, and a Pinterest manager. My responsibilities includes content creation, creating graphic designs, advertising, and some administrative works. This journey inspired me to embrace freelancing, honing my skills in content creation, and inspire me to pursue a full time career in digital marketing and social media management (SMM). Beyond work, I find joy in experimenting with makeup, reading novels and self-help books. My journey reflects reliability, responsibility, and a passion for continuous growth.

This platform serves as the hub for a small business, where it specializes in selling secondhand clothing. I took care of all aspects of the operation, including creating product listings, crafting and promoting product posts on our Facebook page. Additionally, I personally managed customer service, addressing inquiries from customers about our products and guiding them through the ordering process until their purchase is complete.
I managed the entire Facebook Page, handling everything from content creation and design to engaging with followers. This included creating appealing content, designing visuals, answering customer queries on chat, and fostering a strong follower community.
I oversaw the group atmosphere as a Facebook group administrator. This required reviewing posts that adhered to the rules, and helping other users regarding affiliate marketing or how to participate in our FB community.
My role was making content, content strategist, engager, staying-up-to date on trends.
My responsibility is managing and optimizing a brand's presence on Pinterest. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, optimizing profiles, using keywords effectively, analyzing performance, and staying updated on Pinterest trends.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Creating graphics with the goal of making it impactful to successfully draw in and engage the online audience.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
