Tasks include facilitating onboarding procedures, dispatching birthday greetings and VIP Zoom meeting reminders, disseminating announcements via Facebook, managing the CRM system for new clients, and offering support to existing clients utilizing the Lightspeed app for in-home training.
Supporting customer through chat or phone with their billing issues and promoting services like cable, internet, home phone and smart home security.
