I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2019 at Negros Oriental State University. In the same year, I had my Flight Attendant Training/Aviation Course at Frontier Aviation Academy.
I already have some experience in dealing with people and office setting. In fact, I had a part time job as a Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound Calls) in 2017 for almost a year. In 2019, I worked as an Email/Chat Support Agent for a year. In addition, during my college years, I was a Brand Ambassador (part-time work) wherein my job was to market/sell some well-known brands.
I excel most when it comes to answering questions of the customers since I had a lot of experience about that. I can also handle social media postings, customer service e-mails and do online research.
I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile like your company.
