In my previous role at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, I have over 8 years of experience in managing company profile and conducting comprehensive audits. I was responsible for ensuring accurate records are kept and all relevant documentation are maintained and updated. I also represent our department on HACCP Meetings on a regular basis. Responsible for scheduling audits with the suppliers. Highly organized and detail-oriented professional. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies while fostering strong relationships with our business partners. Monitors the implementation of the SoFSMS ; HACCP Program according to the established procedures and operation policies.
Assists Purchasing Manager in communicating with vendors on the SoFSMS requirements, and assist to build up committed vendors to meet SoFSMS requirements.
Assists Purchasing Manager in monitoring and updating food supplier’s master list.
Assist the Purchasing Manager in ensuring that all corrections and corrective actions from deviations relevant to incoming materials and vendor assurance are carried out in a timely manner.
Attend and represent Purchasing department in HACCP meetings on a regular basis.
Identify and records issues /problems with regards to food products of the processes in HACCP Program then feedback to the Hygiene Manager and/or Purchasing Manager.
Participates in vendor visits as part of Vendor Assurance program.
Assists Receiving Clerk
Cross trained as purchaser for 3 months in the absence of the canvasser
Review and update price quotation from the accredited suppliers
Negotiate contracts terms of agreement
Request sample for testing purposes
Clarify any concerns regarding received items concerning product, units, quantities and
specifications directly with the concern departments
Track orders and ensure that the items are delivered on time
Receive and check items passing through receiving area
Ensure that all items are of good quality and within specification stated in the Purchase Order
Ensure that all Market list items are received based in accordance to the Food Safety Management System.
Ensure that all goods received are transferred and/or delivered to their respective destinations.
Coordinate discrepancy noted with purchasing and/or user department.
Prepare daily Receiving Reports Summary
Daily posting of billing statements
Receives food and non-food items on a daily basis
Provides remote administrative, technical, or creative support to businesses or individuals.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
