⢠Checking the mortgage (REM and CM), Deed of Assignment, and other terms and conditions set in the Offering Ticket.
⢠Reminding and following up with the Account Officers on the lacking documents.
⢠Prepares monthly reports on the result/outcome of the Document Review Unit.
Loans Processor:
⢠Processed the loan releases and prepared the Disclosure Statements, Promissory Notes, Pay-out checks, and Loan agreements.
⢠Creating Statement of Account for loan payments - Onetime and Amortization.
⢠Monitoring of issued postdated checks for loan payments.
⢠Generating and preparing the maturing loan accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
⢠Calling and reminding loan borrowers of their due dates on a weekly basis.
⢠Generating and printing loan transactions and transferring past due accounts.
⢠Filing the signed Disclosure and Promissory Notes.
⢠Preparing and maintaining the accuracy of loan reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
⢠Assisting proponents and clients with their queries regarding loan applications (Requirements, Computation of Interest and Charges, Loan Purpose, Term of Loan, etc.)
⢠Preparing the computation for the reminder and follow-up letters.
⢠In charge as Officer each day for loan payments and queries.
⢠Creating a monthly inventory of collaterals (Chattel and REM).
Teller:
⢠In charge of deposits and withdrawals of clients.
⢠Posting of postdated checks.
⢠Clearing of outward checks from deposits and loan payments.
⢠Transacting encashment.
⢠Assisting with Opening deposit accounts and updating dormant accounts.
⢠Generating and printing both "Thank you" and Dormant letters.
⢠Preparing reports of all transactions made for the month.
Bookkeeper:
⢠Balancing Daily Transactions
⢠Preparing weekly Key Indicators Report.
⢠Remitting the Documentary Stamps paid by the client to BIR.
⢠Preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to BSP.
⢠Work as alternate/OIC in the absence of the Manager.
