We are responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and assist customers regarding phone products. We guide customers through phone setup, configuration, and usage, ensuring smooth user experience.
We take inbound calls from a known service provider from US. We have to address and resolve technical issues related to their service or product. We are trained to answer queries and provide good quality service to customers. Additionally, technical support representative collect customer feedback, does documentation to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the relationship between service provider and customers
As a Chef, we need to ensure the quality of food that we serve, manage the kitchen staff, organize kitchen supplies and inventory. We also have the task to prepare for daily menu and staff meal. We are also responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area.
