Estepa, but you can call me MIA, I am a college undergraduate at Saint Louis College of San Fernando and I have a diverse background in cashier management with a strong passion for embracing new challenges. Over the past 1 year and a half, I've excelled as a cashier manager, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth and accurate cash handling procedures.
In my role as a cashier manager, I've developed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach. I take great pride in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while efficiently managing cash flow and fostering a positive work environment for my team.
Recently, I've found myself increasingly drawn to the dynamic world of virtual assistance. The shift towards remote work and the growing importance of virtual collaboration have sparked my interest in leveraging my skills as a cashier manager in a virtual setting.

•Supervise and train cashiers, Providing guidance and support to ensure they understand their duties and responsibilities.
•Schedule and manage the cashier team's shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours and busy seasons.
•Ensure all cashiers follow proper cash handling procedures, including opening and closing cash registers, counting money, and preparing daily deposits.
•Scan and process items through the point-of-sales system.
•Verify products prices and ensure accurate pricing to prevent price discrepancy
