During my virtual assistant training, I was given the task of compiling a list of 20 clients with existing mortgages. This involved gathering important details like their salary, profession, and address. Another assignment was to collect and organize contact information for CEOs, including their email addresses, social media profiles, and company names. This hands-on experience helped sharpen my data entry and research skills.
I was asked to work on a really interesting project where I created questions for clients’ medical histories and set up a system for scheduling online doctor appointments using Google Forms. This experience really helped me improve my organizational skills and pay attention to the details, all while knowing I was contributing to something that could help people.
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Use networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques to generate leads.
Contact potential and existing customers to discuss their needs and present suitable products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Filing of contracts and other necessary documents

Reports Generation: Sales updates, MIS Report ( 1st DP Conversion, Aging Accounts, Collection Efficiency, Uncontracted and Contracted Masterlist)
