Senior Drug Safety Associate/ Subject Matter Expert

I have a 8-year experience in Pharmacovigilance as a Senior Drug Safety associate/ Subject Matter Expert that includes me being Data entry Analyst and Quality control Analyst while using the Argus Safety Database System and Microsoft Office. I have a very strong background on Meddra Coding which includes WHO-DD coding, CPD Coding, Medical history codings, Concurrent Condition condings, Historical Drugs, Family History, Patient Details, etc). I am also a Narrative writer expert when it comes to analyzing details of my patients/subjects when they receive the company chemotherapy treatments. I make sure to have the accurate details in analyzing adverse events that the patient/subject experienced through out the cycle of the treatment or during the cycle of the treatment, etc. My jobs also needs a strong critical thinking skills as well, as I need to properly identify the adverse event while reading the whole document sent by the site or hospitals.

On the other hand, my role as a subject matter expert is to help my teammates when it comes to their performances, I act as a trainer to them and a mentor so I could guide them in reaching 100% quality in their work. I also create daily reports, scheduled vacation leaves and sick leaves. I made sure to maintain 60% life and 40 work balance in our team so the associates would not get burned out during work.

Social Media Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Content Creator

I joined PROVA to become a full time Social Media Manager-Trainee. My coach in General Virtual Assistant helped me understand the the role I need to play when I become a Social Media Manager. She gave me an assignment to create a Facebook page and manage it. I did create a page called "Mega Tipid Hauls By Will" in which in just 3 days of creating the page I manage to reach 100 people and I got 50 followers. As a result of this assignment, I was able to get certified as Social Media Manager and as a General Virtual Assistant.
