Ensure the team complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions promptly. Conduct timely and accurate financial reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
Monitor and process client deposits and withdrawals timely and accurately.
Verify client identities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (basic KYC).
Collaborate with customer support and vendors to address client inquiries regarding payments issues. Ensure adherence to payment processing policies and procedures by following established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Sales Department handling SM Cinema and Mall of Asia Arena : Process purchase orders of movie cards from clients and facilitate cinema ads and coordinate with branches in all areas in Philippines.
