My name is Verly, a mom of two plus little one coming up next year. I worked in Dubai as cashier in a F&B Industry, and was assigned as store-in-charge after a year. My second job was a sales supervisor for three years at Denovo, a jewelry brand based in Dubai. And I just returned to Philippines for good last year.
I helped the company to establish a strong sales force by mentoring and coaching team members about selling techniques, conflict management and resolution skills, attention-getting visual merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and operations/brand management includes social media management.
I love to welcome and help customers addressing their concerns and questions. I also enjoyed helping my team achieve their weekly and monthly sales target. Further, my work has been recognized in all branches across the UAE as organized and excellent in every transaction.

• Head of decision-making in the brand logo, brand theme, brand insights, shop/kiosk details, packaging details, and every jewelry design and detail.
• Manage social media accounts (FB page and Instagram account). Social media marketing (organic).
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services to customers.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction with the service and quality of goods they will receive.
• Inventory stocks and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Instruct staff on how to handle complicated sales.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales, promoting or firing workers when appropriate.
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and will function as advertised. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
• Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department.
• Formulate pricing policies for merchandise, according to profitability requirements.
• Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
