I am Tara Grace Siroy, and I’m 39 years of age. I am a single mother of a 18 year-old boy. I am fun, friendly and brimming with positive vibes. I like singing, outdoor camping and going on long rides with my motorbike.
I have more than a decade experience in the BPO industry. This is where I got the skills and the confidence in communicating with people. Most of my work includes, taking supervisory calls, answering to emails both to customers and client, email queue management and performance management.
I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, thus, I tried Freelancing. With perserverance and dertermination, I was able to partner with clients whom I am forever grateful for the experience and learnings that they have imparted to me.
