I'm new to freelancing after working as a customer service representative for nearly four years. I enrolled in various types of courses to get a sense of what I was capable of. I believe that one of my most vital qualities is my ability to learn quickly. In addition, I am goal-oriented, focused, organized, and can work with little to no supervision. I've mostly worked with order tracking, customer service, a little graphic design using Canva, data entry, and admin tasks that require the use of Excel Sheets, MS Office, Salesforce CRM, Google Docs, Calendar Management, Outlook, and G-Suite. Currently, my key focus is to be a competent freelancer who is open to new experiences and seeking opportunities for advancement. As a result, I'd like to augment my virtual working skills.

We are assigned to the pharmacy department, where we take phone calls from patients who want to order maintenance medication, specialty medication, or one-time medication. We also handle payments and payment arrangements, work with nurses and doctors to obtain prescriptions, and even discuss their insurance, such as how much copay and deductible they have accumulated.
Handles DME (Durable Medical Equipment) deliveries for patients in special facilities, clinics, and their own homes. We also contact facilities and couriers by phone or email to arrange for the equipment to be picked up once therapy is completed.
We troubleshoot cloud internet, subscriptions, and cable connection issues, as well as handle Pay per View orders, upgrade cable boxes and contact truck roll for cable repairs.
Helps CEO in day to day basis with admin tasks, calendar scheduling, attend meetings and take notes real time.
