As a Social Media Strategist, I was responsible for building and growing my Instagram page from scratch. Starting with just 112 original friends and followers, I developed and executed effective content strategies, designed my brand logo, and consistently engaged with my target audience. By leveraging organic growth tactics—such as curated content, strategic hashtag use, timely posting, and active community interaction—I successfully expanded my following to over 800 engaged followers. This experience demonstrates my skills in branding, visual design, and audience development without relying on paid promotions.
After posting an attention-grabbing Reel on May 24, 2025, on my personal Facebook account showcasing Bloomfield’s Residences (a property under RLC) in General Santos City, Philippines, it captured the attention of an OFW nurse based in the USA. Within a day, I successfully closed a ₱2.6M deal — paid in full — for a Bloomfield’s GenSan property.
I launched my Social Ledger Facebook page and completely rebranded my Instagram page from the ground up—designing a new logo, developing a cohesive visual identity, and establishing consistent, recognizable branding. I also implemented targeted engagement strategies that significantly increased audience interaction and reach. Both projects demonstrate my ability to build a compelling online presence and grow a community organically through creative, strategic, and visually aligned content. Grew the follower count to 300 within one week and 326 within two weeks. Also produced a Reel that generated 1,017 views and page visits in just two days.
Successfully completed the 3-Day Real VA Tasks Program, which provided hands-on training and practical experience in a variety of virtual assistant tasks, including administrative support, social media management, online selling, content creation, and client communication.
