Managing documents: Handling incoming and outgoing documents, preparing routine documents, and maintaining filing systems
Communicating: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing callers to the appropriate person
Supporting staff: Assisting clients and visitors, and working closely with other administrative staff
Maintaining equipment: Operating and maintaining office equipment, such as printers and copiers
Maintaining confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality
