From September 2021 up to now, I had the remarkable opportunity to lead and manage my husband's Facebook and Instagram page dedicated to his Tattoo business. As the manager, I established the page's brand and image on Instagram and more on Facebook here at Philippines by combining different marketing strategy approach to reach the page's goal through its target audience which caught the attention of potential clients and customers.
Using different tools and strategies i learned from my experience managing this page, we witnessed a surge in inquiries and an influx of satisfied customers who loved our service and styles we offered.
Utilizing my expert management skills, I conceptualized a seamless and efficient order placement process for clients, delivering exceptional customer service. I consistently sought feedback from our clients, valuing their insights and using them to enhance our page. The strong relationships I developed with these individuals led to increased customer satisfaction and generated positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
