As an accounting clerk, my duties mostly consist of helping the accounting department with a variety of activities to guarantee the organization's financial operations run smoothly and accurately. The following are some of my main responsibilities: bookkeeping, filing and record-keeping of business activities on processing invoices, payroll assistance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, expenditure reimbursement, data input, financial reporting, and expense monitoring. In addition, I maintain track of business transactions using CCWD MIS (which performs similar functions to SAP), MS Excel Spreadsheet, and occasionally MS Powerpoint when presenting financial graph analysis.
