Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative I have a duties and responsibilities to serve and treat my customers rights and opinions. I help them with their different problems by showing and telling them what I can do to manage there expectations. I handled a Multi-service account where I deal with their different concern by that I am the one asking for their accounts for me to be able to help them. Manage their bills to see what went wrong and help them with there internet service these are just the most common problems that my customers raised with us. We also offer different kinds of services like Internet, Channels etc, I communicate and Negotiate well to my clients to serve them and provide what's best and what they deserve.
