I am Shadelie Dela Cruz, 30 years of age Filipino Citizen aspiring Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Data Entry Analyst. I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, enrolled in different online courses on how to be a Virtual Assistant. I was employed for a period of 8 years, from 2016 up to present. From there on, I gained a lot of skills and developed some experience in Data Entry and Customer Service.
My advocacy is to help business and content creators to succeed by offering administrative services and to reduce their workload.
I offer arts and crafts; I provide concepts out and design proposed to clients. I am also providing data using excel, google sheets and system application to help my superior gather data in their daily basis report.

Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including charging payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs Download and process daily bank reporting. Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies Review new account set-up and gather new customer information. Resolve and reconcile receivable variances.
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly. Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution. May assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement.
Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records. Ensure that all documents and material received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality. Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged. Processes invoices for payment. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problem.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Communicate with followers/Customer, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
