This is all where it started for me. As a new employee and new to the call center industry, I had to learn fast to survive. In this company, I learned about the United States Health System. Since we are the contact point for this specific company to enroll their benefits yearly.
My day to day task as a team leader is to make sure that I will check my Calendar thru Office 365 and plan my day ahead. I'd make sure that I have file out my weekly schedule. Most of my Day is to Coach agents one by one to make sure the agents work consistency, and to mainly check how they'd been. For reports and Agents KPI extraction, I use Microsoft Excel. I mainly use Office 365, but knowledgeable with Google sheets, Microsoft Tools, and other CRM tools.
Thing that separates me with other applicants is that I am eager to learn everything to lessen my mistakes and grow my knowledge fast.
