Obtain potential clients. Create marketing plans using both online and offline channels. Negotiate deals, conduct site visits/tours, and facilitate necessary documentation for sales completion.
Manages Sales office with Administrative and sales work.
Present property for possible sales closing.
Assist brokers and in-house sales agents for closing sales.
Communicate with clients for documents submission and coordinate with HO regarding new and old clients document updates.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to HO.
Manage end to end recruitment process (applicant sourcing. initial interviews, processing of requirements, and preparation of job offers to new hires, conduct HR training and orientations and onboarding of new hires in their designated departments.)
· Represent the company for JOB FAIRS and school visits.
• Provide day to day administrative support needed for the property management.
• Manage document control and key monitoring for all unit and unit owners.
• Provide customer service to prospect buyers, unit owners and tenants.

Responsible for documentation, customer service and appointment setting.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
